Cabbage-Related Vegetables Like Cauliflower & Broccoli May Have An Anabolic Effect.

Cauliflower, broccoli & bodybuilders: Brassicas such as cauliflower, broccoli and sprouts all contain the compound sulforaphane, and molecular scientists at the University of Bonn have discovered that this deactivates the muscle growth inhibitor myostatin in satellite cells – and therefore may also have an anabolic effect.
